Birth Meditation

1st >
look for a cosy and warm place where you feel “@ HOME”
2nd >
try not to get disturbed during 30 minutes
3rd >
use a good headphone, or better do it without headphones and see that you can experience the sound in the best way possible
4th >
don’t turn the volume too loud, just see that you feel “@ ease” with the sound
5th >
use more low tones than high tones
6th >
dim the lights, use some candles, make red colours prevail
7th >

June 1st, 1955 > me & my mother (she’s now 92+1,5) > at 1 point in life we have to make peace with our past, come to terms with it, and be grateful our Soul chose this place to blossom & flourish > each of our moments here is an opportunity for a rebirth, to become the “I” we are meant to be, so it’s a deep & grateful Thank You Mother 🙂

Ana

She walks on rainbows, reaches out
beyond a million stars, and up and
down she goes upon the waves the sun
so gently pours and pours again over
the oceans and the seas, she sees, and
yet, yet deeper still, silently hidden in
her secret room nobody knows about
but she, there, in the precious chamber
of her Soul, there is this longing,
the longing for the Love as promised,
as given when she came to Be, so Ana
then, she is the only keeper of her
golden key, the key that will unlock
the gates of Paradise and only then
will Ana Be, become the Angel she
is meant to Be.

At Anna’s, I bought a Spanish-English dictionary, and I told her about my love of ‘coincidences’, she wrote in the book: “On February 28th 2009 I begin to believe in the coincidences”.

The Flames Of Change

This an I Ching reading inspired by something that happened two years ago. While ordening files on my computer, I stumbled on a 1min video I recorded in 2010 while attending a great joyful fire party in open air. I filmed the fire itself, but it wasn’t until now that I noticed a detail that didn’t strike me then. In the video below I included it and you can find out my thoughts & the connection with the I Ching on this remarkable coincidence. It proves to show that our vision on Time too often is limited by our restricted views on its development. Take your “time” 😉 , it’s a 22m22s video, andt that’s not a coincidence either, since afterwards I noticed it was the 22nd video I uploaded on Youtube 🙂

Our Lady of Perpetual Help

“Our Lady of Perpetual Help”, an anonymous 15th century Byzantine icon, handmade reproduction on a piece of driftwood (25x17cm) found at the beach. It was warm heartedly given to me & made by Dora, our school secretary. The original one has quite a remarkable & interesting story, which you can read on Wikipedia
 
Here’s a poem I wrote, on my return of Medjugorje, Bosnia & Herzegovina, july 2002, inspired by Our Lady:
 
LOST AND FOUND
 
As I am walking in this world of words
sometimes I keep forgetting how once
– inspired- I was returning home when
suddenly You spoke and down the hill
You came in shining white, Your music
as from heaven sent was all around,
and how it told me to have patience,
O I remember how my heart was filled
with joy, I hardly couldn’t wait and now,
while looking in Your eyes I feel a touch
of paradise, I finally have found an answer
beyond words.
